Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Manuscripts are typed with 1 spaced text; 12 fonts; use italics instead of underscores (except URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed in the text where expected, not grouped separately at the end of the manuscript.
  • The manuscript has not been previously published and is not being considered for publication in any other journal, as explained in the comments to the editor.
  • Manuscript file in document format (*.docx) or (*.doc).
  • Manuscripts follow the style and bibliographical guidelines set out in the Author Guidelines.
  • References that can be accessed online have the URL written down.

Author Guidelines
The author should consider the following rules to submit the paper to JUMINTEK (Jurnal Media Informatika dan Teknologi) and Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of JUMINTEK (Jurnal Media Informatika dan Teknologi) paper must be

Written in Indonesian or English.
The length of the submitted paper is at least 6 pages and no more than 12 pages. Editors will be evaluated if the papers are needing more pages than 12 pages.
Use a tool such as Mendeley for reference management and formatting, and choose the IEEE style
Make sure that your paper is prepared using the JUMINTEK paper template and Copyright Transfer Form when if it is accepted.

B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present following the structure:

Title. The title of the paper is maxed 12 words, without an Acronym or abbreviation
Abstract. Abstracts are written in Indonesian and English. The Abstract has a maximum of 200 WORDS; No citation; State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes, results, and conclusions.
Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction - The Proposed Method/Algorithm (optional) - Method - Results and Discussion – Conclusion
References. Expect a minimum of 10 references primarily with a minimum of 80% journal articles that have a reputation and are not more than 5 years old.
